Experienced Chalet Host
Recommended for larger groups or smaller groups looking for a more seamless and elegant service. The host will assist the Chef and will be available to serve drinks* and top up glasses of wine* during the dinner.
Cocktails* and Canapés
Our hosts have cocktail training and we can create a range of different cocktails* -based on your preferences. This can also pair beautifully with our Chefs serving their homemade canapés.

The host provides ironed linen napkins, perfectly polished glasses and beautifully laid tables.
*Chefs in Val does not hold an alcohol license; it is therefore the responsibility of the guest to purchase their own alcohol.
